Q: How does this work?

A: It's easy! Just log in using your LAGOS.com email and password and start shopping. Your discount will automatically be applied. There will be no discount code necessary. 

Q: What is the Employee Discount percentage?

A: 70% off retail

Q: How do I get my Employee Discount?

A: You MUST be logged into the new Employee Orders site using your @lagos.com email to receive the employee discount.  The discount does NOT apply on the LAGOS.com consumer site.  If you are not logged with your @lagos.com email, the discount will not be applied.  You should have received an email to finish setting up your account, but if you did not, reach out to EmployeeDiscount@lagos.com for help.  No promo code is needed; it is tied to your login instead.

Q: What about my birthday dollars?

A: Birthday dollars can be used at any point; you will receive the gift card/discount code during the month of your birthday.  Birthday dollars expire after 1 year (e.g. when you receive your birthday dollars for the next year).  Any unused birthday dollar funds are NOT rolled over from year to year.

Q: Can I pay with PayPal or Affirm?

A: PayPal, Amazon Pay, credit card payments and birthday dollars may be used for payment.

Q: Do I need to pay tax?

A: Yes, based on the city and state in which the order is picked up or shipped to.  This is the law, and our transactions are monitored, so there is no way around this. 

Q: Why don’t I see the item I want to order?

A: To maintain inventory control, there are items which are not immediately available to employees to purchase with their discount.  These items are available for full price on LAGOS.com.  These are the restrictions for employee discount:

  • No Drops, Exclusives or Newness (products will appear for employee discount purchase 6 months after their LAGOS.com launch date)
  • Items with limited inventory will not be available

If it appears on the Employee Order site it is eligible for purchase by employees using their discount and birthday dollars.

Q: Can I return an item?

A: All orders are final sale, no returns or exchanges. 

Q: How do I have an item resized?

A: Add sizing information to the Additional Notes field when viewing your cart.

Q: How do I have an item repaired?
